1750mm Series Storeman® Tool & Parts Trolleys

Tool & Parts trolleys are the ideal way to bring your gear to where you need it. This saves walking time and helps increase efficiency as part of your Lean processes programs. These quality tool & parts trolleys are ideal for a huge range of industrial heavy duty applications. A major benefit of these trolleys is that not only can you have your parts and tools where you need them when you need them to help with your lean programs, they have a one drawer at a time safety mechanism meaning that you don’t have the risk of several drawers opening while you wheel a trolley around which would likely cause it to topple.

Each of the drawers in these trolleys is able to hold up to 140Kg meaning that even if you don’t have that much weight you have a trolley that you know will last long term. There is a huge range of dividers available to go into these drawers with compartments ranging from 6 to 99. This compact storage systems means that you can load a huge volume into your mobile tool trolley.

With an uptop cabinet area available in these cabinets you can utilise these for several different applications. The bottom of the cabinet can be used as a workbench for sorting tool and parts, a sloping toolboard can be placed into the top cabinet fi the shelf is removed allowing it to become a mobile tool storage trolley workstation, or you can utilise this uptop area for bulky storage such as filters.

In addition to helping your workshop area become more productive these workshop storage trolleys also have the benefit of keeping it secure. Each cabinet is supplied with 2 keys per lock meaning you have a spare onsite to cut more keys should any of the team misplace their key.

These tool storage trolleys are supplied with 4 blue rubber castors for optimal movement around your workshop area. 2 of the castors are rigid and 2 swivel brake meaning movements are ergonomic.
